Launch72 ("we", "us") is a Toronto-based web design studio serving small businesses across the US and Canada. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why, and your choices. It is written with Canada's PIPEDA in mind.
What we collect
When you submit our free-website form: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and industry.
When you submit the lead form on our Build page: your business name, your name, phone number, and a short description of your business.
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp: whatever details you choose to share.
Automatically, for analytics: standard usage data via Google Analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser), set through cookies.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, scope and build your website, and provide support.
To run the free-website and NGO programs and let you know if your business is selected.
If you opt in, to send occasional project updates via our newsletter. This is optional and never required to submit a form.
To understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
Your choices and consent
The newsletter checkbox is unchecked by default and optional. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Sharing, retention, and security
We do not sell your personal information, ever.
We use a small number of service providers to operate (e.g., Google Workspace/Forms for intake, Cloudflare for hosting, Google Analytics for usage data). They process data only to provide their service.
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it. We take reasonable measures to protect it.
